Combining his formal education and work experience, Michael has successfully

coached more than 300 C-suiters, directors and managers; facilitated hundreds of team meetings; designed, produced and delivered numerous training programs to thousands of participants;  authored three books including“Succeeding In Your Sandbox: A Straightforward Guide to Doing The Right Things Right When You’re In Charge,”  and delivered numerous keynote addresses.

He has been certified
 a Master Corporate Executive Coach by the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches, and has earned additional coaching certifications from The Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching program, The Coaches Institute, the School of Coaching Mastery and The Gestalt International Study Center.  And, he is a member of the Institute of Coaching, the Association for Talent Development, the Mentors Guild, the Professional Facilitators Network, Who’s Who in Finance & Industry, Who’s Who Among Human Services Professionals and The Honor Foundation.

In his work experience, Michael has been an individual contributor and manager (ITT and Bankers Trust),
a relationship manager, facilitator and leader/manager (DDI and Wilson Learning), a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and an adjunct professor at the Graduate School for Professional Studies at Manhattanville College. 

He’s earned degrees in psychology, industrial management and organizational behavior, and a diploma from Stanford University’s Advanced Management College.  Additionally, he has obtained advanced certifications in organizational change and development from Harvard and Columbia Universities, and has otherwise been educated at the Cape Cod Institute by such notables as Edgar Schein, Warren Bennis, Warner Burke, John Kotter and Margaret Wheatley.
